New Mexico mother drowns newborn in port-a-potty moments after giving birth: police

Sonia Cristal Jimenez, 38, has been arrested for allegedly giving birth to a baby girl and then dropping her into the chemical holding tank of a portable toilet while she was still alive. By the time police and firefighters got to the scene, the infant was dead.
