Eyewear retailer Lenskart on Wednesday reported a sharp jump in its net profit, which the management described as the start of a compounding phase where each additional rupee of revenue translates into a higher profit margin. On Thursday, Lenskart’s stock surged 10% to close at Rs 513 on the BSE, sending its market capitalisation to nearly $10 billion.
