Housing sales for 15 tier-II cities decline 10%: PropEquity

According to PropEquity the housing sales of 15 tier-II cities dropped 10% last year to 1.56 lakh units, while remained flat in value terms at Rs 1.48 lakh crore. Samir Jasuja, Founder and CEO of PropEquity said the dounturn is largely linked to a scarcity of affordable homes under Rs 1 crore.
