UpTik outlines platform roadmap, NBFC acquisition and fund structures

Hyderabad's UpTik, part of Growwcap, revealed its platform plans, including a stake in Bhadhani Finance for invoice factoring. They also launched a Category II AIF for private equity and real assets, targeting high-net-worth individuals.
