Jason Kelce Made a Garage Beer Super Bowl Ad. Then a Miniature Horse Stole the Spotlight
Jason Kelce and his Super Bowl LII teammate, Beau Allen, star in Garage Beer's Super Bowl commercial that trolls (or pays homage?) to Budweiser and its famous Clydesdales.
"So apparently only Buttweiser can use full-sized Clydesdales in beer advertisements," Garage Beer teases. "Luckily there's another breed of horse that looks very similar. Kind of. Anyway."
Enter Doug, a miniature horse that quickly went viral after immediately stealing the spotlight.
Garage Beer noticed Doug's popularity skyrocket after "The Brotherly Shovel" teaser hit social media. So much so, the beer brand sold out of Doug stickers within minutes and launched a merch line. Then they gave Doug his own Instagram account.
With Doug's popularity exploding, Garage Beer decided to capitalize on that and offer fans the opportunity to spend an entire day with Doug.
One lucky winner and a friend will win round-trip airfare and accommodations to Willow Grove Farm in Long Valley, NJ, to enjoy lunch and beers by the river. The lucky fans will also enjoy the property's trail rides, as well as a professional photo shoot with Doug.
The winner will be announced on Friday, Feb. 13.
