Fate of 'Brilliant Minds' Comes Into Question After NBC Pulls Series From Schedule

NBC might have just telegraphed some news about the fate of Brilliant Minds, Zachary Quinto‘s medical drama.

Variety is reporting that the final six episodes in season 2 have been pulled from the schedule.

NBC is actually giving their main TV shows a two-week long hiatus as the winter Olympics air during primetime spots on the network.

However, they announced that The Voice: Battle of Champions will now air on Monday nights from 9pm-11pm ET, beginning on February 23, overtaking Brilliant Minds.

No air date for the show’s final six episodes has been revealed, apart that a source explains they “will air at some point later in the season or over the summer.”

The show’s second season has not had as strong ratings as season one.
