DLF executes business transfer agreement for Kolkata land, IT park Rs 670 crore

Real estate major DLF has completed a significant deal selling its Kolkata tech park and 25.9 acres of land to Srijan Group for Rs 670 crore. The transaction involved the sale of a tech park and vacant land. DLF Cyber City Developers Limited reported strong revenue and EBITDA growth in Q3FY26.
