Fractal Analytics shrinks IPO size to Rs 2,834 crore

Fractal Analytics has trimmed its IPO to Rs 2,833.9 crore, down 42% from the initial Rs 4,900 crore, with listing planned for February 16. The offer includes Rs 1,023.5 crore of fresh shares and Rs 1,810.4 crore for sale. The bid will run from February 9 to 11 .
