Greenland is "a strategic wake-up call for Europe" says France's Macron

France, Denmark and Greenland's leaders addressed journalists in Paris on January 28, as Europe tries to reiterate its support to Greenland faced with threats of a US takeover. Emmanuel Macron confirmed that France supports the reinforcement of the defence position in the Arctic, ahead of a meeting with Mette Frederiksen and Jens-Frederik Nielsen.
