LNG still too pricey for Indian demand boost, top importer says
India's largest LNG importer, Petronet LNG Ltd., stated that prices must fall to $6-$7 per million Btu to significantly boost demand. Despite ample import capacity, half remains unused due to high costs and infrastructure gaps.
