Mamata Banerjee accuses EC of bulldozing opposition, destroying foundation of India's democracy on 'BJP's behalf'

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee criticised the Election Commission’s celebration of National Voters’ Day, calling it a “tragic farce”. She accused the poll panel of acting on behalf of the BJP, bulldozing the opposition and weakening Indian democracy.
