France's PM invokes Article 49.3 to force through budget bill

French PM Sébastien Lecornu on Tuesday forced part of of a highly-contested budget bill through parliament without a vote by invoking Article 49.3 of the Constitution. FRANCE 24's James André said two votes of no-confidence are expected, one by the hard left France Unbowed party and the other by the far-right National Rally party.
