Doctors at MKCG Medical College and Hospital successfully reconstructed a 32-year-old man's penis and urethra in a 9-10 hour marathon surgery. The complex procedure, performed in three stages, utilized a free radial forearm flap with microsurgical techniques to restore urinary function and anatomical form. The patient, found unconscious on a train, is now recovering.
