Ben Affleck Weighs In on 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' Moment Involving Lisa Barlow

Ben Affleck is weighing in on something that has been bothering Real Housewives of Salt Lake City fans.

The 53-year-old actor was asked whether or not he knew Lisa Barlow, who previously claimed she was going to an event that would be attended by “Ben and Blake,” presumably meaning Ben Affleck and Blake Lively, and that was the reason she was unable to film with her co-stars at the time.

While promoting his new movie The Rip, Access Hollywood asked Ben if he knew anything about this event and even showed him a photo of Lisa to see if he knew her.

Ben was hesitant to say whether or not he knew her because he didn’t want to “get anybody in trouble,” but then his co-star Matt Damon chimed in to ask when the last time he was in Utah, which is where the event in question likely took place.

To that, the Gone Girl alum said he hadn’t been to Utah for maybe up to 10 years.

Ultimately, Ben said, she “doesn’t look familiar to me, and I don’t remember it. I don’t want to embarrass her,” he and Matt added that they meet lots of people at these events so it’s possible, but seemed unlikely.

“I don’t think I’m qualified to weigh in on this,” he ultimately concluded.

Actually, Lisa and Ben have met at least once and taken a photo together. She previously shared a pic in 2024 and also shared one of her alongside Jennifer Lopez as they were posted around the time of their split.
