'Loving' boy, 15, found dead at home after mum 'went out for an hour'

Zack Ellis had been struggling with his mental health and had been receiving support from multiple agencies including the CAMHS service at the NHS Pennine Care Trust and Oldham Council's social services in the months leading up to his death
