Centre to hold five regional meets on Labour Codes

The Labour and Employment Ministry is organizing five regional conferences across India. These meetings will focus on implementing new Labour Codes. States and other ministries will participate. The first conference is in Goa. The Labour Codes aim to improve health and social security for workers. This includes benefits for unorganized workers and gig/platform workers.
