He’s decent at everything Leonard, a perfectly competent central midfielder.
But to be very good, you need to either be exceptional on the ball, or an absolute menace off it and he’s neither.
Doyle is exceptional on the ball in my opinion, if selling Leonard means we can get in a real nasty ball winning bastard next to him, then it has to be done.
