Denise is currently in the middle of a heated divorce battle with Aaron. She was granted a five-year restraining order from him at the beginning of November.
Karan filed a lawsuit against the couple on November 7, demanding he receive $84,000 in back rent amid claims Aaron and Denise hadn’t paid him in months.
As of the latest ruling, Karan has been granted possession of the home with the lease forfeited by the former renters, but a judge hasn’t ruled on damages yet.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star actually moved out in 2023, with Aaron continuing to live at the rental property along with his family. Denise has alleged that Aaron “trashed the home after she left,” though sources close to Aaron deny the claims.
Denise broke her silence about the restraining order at BravoCon recently.
