‘America is always the greatest; IndiGo ko tag Karo’: How netizens respond to Indian vloggers’ flight experience video

New Delhi: Recently, in India, thousands of IndiGo Airlines passengers had to endure a lot of inconvenience due to the poor and incompetent functioning of the airlines. Many passengers shared their ordeals on social media.

Now, a video from America is going viral, showing how an American airline catered to an Indian vlogger when he posted a video which shows a shortcoming inside the plane.

American Airline Gives Big Discount For A Small Error

The viral video shows an Indian vlogger named Arbaaz traveling on an American airline in the USA. During this flight, Arbaaz shows that the stopper on the food tray in front of his seat, which passengers use to keep their food items and other light items, is broken, causing the tray to keep falling.

Arbaaz says that he wasn’t particularly bothered by this, but the airline staff personally apologized to him and even waived $100, which is about 9000 rupees, on his next trip. This video, which is going viral on the internet, is a direct example of how an airline should operate and treat its passengers.
