However, Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya are unlikely to play in the ODI series. The reason behind that would be to save them from the injuries and let them comes fresh in the T20I game as it’s more important. Team India are likely to announce the ODI squad around January 4 or 5.
The team management took some crucial calls to save their players from any type of barriers and decided to rest Pandya and Burmah for the ODI’s to keep them fit and fresh for the upcoming games.
