Family-of-nine 'let down' after Stoke-on-Trent pub cancels Christmas Day booking

The family had booked their table at The Saracens Head in Meir, Stoke-on-Trent, in September but discovered the pub had cancelled its Christmas Day menu with just over two weeks' notice
