"Horrendous details": Oklahoma couple charges upgraded after prosecutors review, DA Behenna says

Oklahoma District Attorney Vicki Behenna announced on Monday an Oklahoma couple charges have been upgraded after prosecutors reviewed what they alleged are "horrendous details" of the case.
