Portland man arrested for stalking parent of Sandy Hook victim

Kevin Michael Purfield was arrested for allegedly stalking and harassing the parent of a victim in the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, and is currently lodged at the Multnomah County Detention Center awaiting indictment.
