Investing in good ergonomic equipment can be affordable—at least, it can during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. November deals in these categories don’t fly as fast and furious, but a solid handful are worth looking at.

Both the PCWorld staff and Reddit love Staples’ Hyken desk chair. It’s absurdly affordable but offers features found on more expensive chairs, like adjustable back support. The Staples Dexley is basically the same chair, but more comfortable for those seeking a wider frame.

Meanwhile, if you need more comfort and want a “buy it for life” chair, both Herman Miller and Steelcase have already cut prices on its chairs by 25 percent for Black Friday. They’re spendy, but I can personally vouch for the Herman Miller Aeron and Steelcase Amia. They really do feel nice to sit in for full work days. I’d name the Steelcase Amia as my upgrade pick if you want something sturdier than the Staples Hyken or Dexley — a fantastic “best budget BIFL” deal.

Flexispot is a popular brand on Amazon, and for good reason—their standing desks start at much lower prices than competitors. I’d recommend the E6 model deal, which at under $250 would be my pick for the best standing desk deal. As a dual-motor model, you’ll get a better quality of experience (stability, smoothness), and it’s priced similarly to single-motor models from more expensive competitors. And if you need the desk to bear a ton of weight, you can upgrade to the $299 E6 MAX standing desk deal, which supports up to 330 pounds and is even on wheels for easier mobility.
