TBH if he gets anything between 15-20 this season, which seems very likely he will have shown that the £15m was worth it as that what 15-20 goals seems to cost at this level now.

I thought that when we spent it. Everyone saying what a waste of money youre in league one clearly didnt notice the 13 (was it?) Goals he got IN the championship. So they were assuming we spent 20m on a league one player, when in reality we bought a tried and tested (and now proving it again) 10-15-20 goal championship player....which, if you try to buy, costs you about 15-20m quid.

Not to mention Jay is still a spring chicken, there's another 5m on top.

So was it worth it ? Course it fekin was.
