France arrests longtime Arizona fugitive convicted in US sex crimes case

An American sex offender living in northeastern France was arrested earlier this month and charged with sexually abusing his 10-year-old adopted child, authorities said. Michael Robert Wiseman had fled the US on two separate occasions over the past 14 years to escape prosecution.
