White collar terror module: J-K cops move Interpol for Red Corner Notice against Kashmir doctor

Jammu and Kashmir police is seeking an Interpol Red Corner Notice for Dr Muzaffar. He is linked to a recently busted interstate terror module. Dr Muzaffar is the brother of an arrested doctor. His name emerged during interrogations. He reportedly visited Turkiye in 2021 with individuals involved in a recent blast. He is believed to be in Afghanistan.
