Early winter blast causes dangerous roadway conditions

Heavy snow pounded parts of the East Coast and the cold temperatures extended into the South. Residents in parts of West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Michigan dug out from more than eight inches of snow. NBC News’ Emilie Ikeda has the story.
