Shady NYC dog dealers illegally selling puppies for thousands of dollars out of car trunk

A group of men were caught on film last week at West 47th Street in Midtown, brazenly hawking close to a dozen 9-week-old miniature and toy poodles in broad daylight - despite the sale ban in New York since last year.
