Saltwater crocodile captured in Bhitarkanika National Park after causing panic in village

Panic erupted in Alava village as a 10-ft saltwater crocodile was spotted in a local pond. Forest personnel successfully captured the reptile after a five-hour struggle and released it into the Patasala river. This marks the sixth such incident in Bhitarkanika within five months, raising concerns about increasing crocodile intrusions into village water bodies.
