Nice work, I have some hazy memories of visiting Bourne End, walking along the River Thames, then following an alley up alongside the railway line to the tiny Station, the single track line goes up to Marlow first, then comes back down so had about an hour to fill so went on a search for the Hotel.
Worth noting the inspiration for Fawlty Towers was John Cleese staying in the Gleneagles Hotel, in the posher part of Torquay (near Babbacombe) another location gone and replaced by retirement apartments.
