Twin suicide case: Ex-Itanagar Deputy Commissioner Talo Potom surrenders, arrested by police

Former Itanagar DC Talo Potom, a Delhi government official, surrendered and was arrested in connection with twin suicides. He faces charges including abetment to suicide and criminal misconduct. Allegations stem from suicide notes detailing sexual exploitation, humiliation, and threats, pushing a young PWD staffer to end his life. Potom was remanded to 14 days judicial custody.
