AG’s office calls NV Energy’s new mandatory demand charge ‘unlawful’

The Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection is calling NV Energy’s newly approved mandatory demand charge “unlawful,” and asking the Public Utilities Commission to reverse its decision.
