Iran-Russia to finalize contract on Rasht-Astara railroad

TEHRAN, Oct. 26 (MNA) – Officials from Iran and Russia will finalize a contract on the completion of construction operation of Rasht-Astara Railroad, Iran's minister of roads and urban development said.
