Jennifer Lawrence Says She Asked Robert Pattinson About Donald Trump’s Infamous Kristen Stewart Tweet

During her appearance on The Graham Norton Show last week, Jennifer, 35, revealed that she couldn’t resist asking her Die, My Love co-star Robert Pattinson, 39, about his highly publicized breakup with Kristen Stewart.

“If you think I didn’t ask him about Donald Trump tweeting about the breakup with Kristen? I mean, obviously,” she joked. “It was like three days after the photos came out and Trump was like, ‘He better leave her!’”

The tweet she referenced came after photos surfaced in 2012 showing Kristen kissing her Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders, who was married at the time.

Kristen later publicly apologized to Rob, but the pair ultimately called it quits in 2013.

There’s no bad blood between anyone now. Rob and Kristen are on good terms, and Jennifer made sure to keep things lighthearted on the show, adding, “Young people make mistakes!”

These days, the Love Lies Bleeding actress is married to Dylan Meyer and the Mickey 17 star is happily with Suki Waterhouse.
