Miley Cyrus Announces 'Avatar: Fire & Ash' Original Song, Reveals Personal Connection

Miley Cyrus is contributing to the soundtrack of the next Avatar movie!

The 32-year-old “End of the World” superstar confirmed she contributed an original song to Avatar: Fire & Ash in a statement, and revealed a personal connection along with a preview of the song.

“Honored to support Avatar: Fire and Ash with an original song I’ve written with Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt,” she said.

“Having been personally affected by fire and being rebuilt from the ashes, this project holds profound meaning for me.”

“Even through the flames, even through the ashes in the sky, baby when we dream, we dream as one…” she sings in the preview.

“Thank you, Jim, for the opportunity to turn that experience into musical medicine. The film’s themes of unity, healing, and love resonate deeply within my soul, and to be even a small star in the universe the Avatar family has created is truly a dream come true,” she added.

Avatar: Fire & Ash is set to be released on December 19.
