Slow-moving Tropical Storm Melissa to flood Hispaniola, Jamaica

Tropical Storm Melissa was moving slowly through the Caribbean Sea on Wednesday, meaning portions of Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica were expected to see major flooding.
