A Delta Air Lines flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles returned shortly after takeoff on Sunday. Passengers and crew reported a smoky smell inside the cabin. The aircraft landed safely with all 219 passengers and crew deplaning without incident. Maintenance crews inspected the plane. The flight later departed again for Los Angeles.
