Noida power company to train youths in skilled jobs

Noida Power Company Limited's Project Saksham is transforming 12th-pass youth into job-ready professionals. The skill development initiative, now in its third phase, trains young adults in trades like assistant beauty therapist and domestic data entry operator. Previous phases saw a significant placement rate, with 348 out of 480 trainees securing jobs with top companies.
