Far-right lawmaker Geert Wilders returns to Dutch campaign trail after drone plot threat

Dutch far-right lawmaker Geert Wilders has announced his return to the campaign trail. Wilders made the announcement on Wednesday. He had suspended activities after reports of a suspected plot to target politicians with a drone in Belgium. His Party for Freedom known as PVV leads polls before the Oct. 29 election. His manifesto includes halting asylum-seekers and military border patrols. Wilders has lived under protection for 21 years because of threats. Wilders' party won the last election. But he didn't become prime minister because other parties wouldn't support him. The Netherlands' political system all but guarantees coalition governments.
