SC seeks response from IndiGo's parent company in Customs IGST dispute

The Supreme Court has sought a response from IndiGo's parent company, InterGlobe Aviation, regarding the customs department's appeal against a Delhi High Court ruling. The High Court had declared the IGST levy on reimported aircraft engines and parts, after repairs abroad, as unconstitutional.
