The next wellbeing workshop is taking place on Sunday 10th August
As the Big Half is in September, and a number of members are competing, both Karen and Holly are theming their workshop towards that.
Holly will present: Mind Over Miles: Mental Prep for the London Half
I will present: Food Freedom and Food Rules
Attendees are asked to bring a mat and a towel with them if possible for the pilates element.
Arrivals at Northbourne from 9am for a prompt 9.10am start. Our schedule has built in time for coffee breaks!
