AS we mature from one decade to the next, the importance of regular check-ups with our doctor, dentist and optician grows. Also, when it comes to physical fitness, we must focus on four personal metrics: our strength, stamina, balance and flexibility because, as that old “saw” (proverb or maxim) goes, if we don’t use it, we lose it.
