The 57-year-old Party of Five actor was previously awarded temporary sole custody of their children and was granted a temporary restraining order last month. It was first announced that the two would be getting a divorce on June 10 when 48-year-old Kelley shared the news to her Instagram.

Scott had been granted the temporary restraining order on June 26. According to legal documents obtained by PEOPLE, Scott alleged that Kelley had “engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children.”
The restraining order was granted after Kelley revealed in a since-deleted Instagram post that she had been placed on an “involuntary 5150″ earlier in June.
Now, PEOPLE is reporting that a Utah judge has approved Scott‘s motion to drop his temporary restraining order on Saturday (July 19).
The court documents obtained by PEOPLE grant Kelley supervised visitation with their children but prohibit either party from discussing their divorce with each other or posting about it on social media. The goal of the new arrangement is to move toward Kelley being granted unsupervised visitations with their children, if possible.
Scott and Kelley aren’t the only famous couples getting divorced lately.
