House fire under investigation in East Greenbush

EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Authorities are currently investing a fire that occurred in East Greenbush on Friday night, according to the Clinton Heights Fire Department. The incident was located at a residence on Pinehurst Avenue in the Hampton Manor neighborhood.

The Clinton Heights Fire Department was dispatched to the scene at about 7 p.m. Upon arrival to the scene, fire crews found heavy smoke and fire inside the home.

Several other Rensselaer County fire departments were brought in to assist at the scene. The fire was reportedly brought under control quickly with no injuries.
