NHL Draft 2025 Live Updates: Full list of first-round picks

The New York Islanders selected defenseman Matthew Schaefer as the No. 1 overall pick in the NHL Draft. Following Schaefer, the San Jose Sharks chose Michael Misa, and the Chicago Blackhawks picked Anton Frondell.
