Lauren Sanchez & Jeff Bezos Release 1st Wedding Photo
Lauren Sanchez and billionaire Jeff Bezos married in Venice, Italy, on June 27, surrounded by friends and family, including some big-name celebrities.
And now they've released a first wedding photo via Sanchez's Instagram page, which carries the name Lauren Sanchez Bezos. She posted the date in the caption.
The first wedding picture shows the couple smiling broadly. She wore a white wedding dress, and he was clad in a black tuxedo.
In addition, Vogue went live with photos showing Sanchez's wedding dress fitting.
“I’m gonna cry!” Sanchez said in that article. “I’m gonna be a mess on the day, but the best kind of mess.”
People confirmed that the couple is now officially married, reporting that they "tied the knot in a black-tie ceremony on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore."
Matteo Bocelli sang “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Elvis Presley at the beginning of the ceremony, People reported.
Sanchez told Vogue that Bezos "begged" to see her dress before the wedding, but she wouldn't let him.
“I almost gave in!” she told the magazine. “But I want it to be a surprise. As you get a little older, not many things surprise you. I can’t wait to see his face.”
