JSW plans Rs 4,000 crore debt sale to fund Akzo Nobel acquisition deal

JSW Group is reportedly engaging with global lenders to secure approximately 40 billion rupees ($468 million) to partially finance its acquisition of Akzo Nobel NV’s Indian business. Foreign banks like Barclays, MUFG, and Standard Chartered are expected to arrange the rupee-denominated debt.
