Sobha to invest Rs 800 cr on new luxury housing project in Greater Noida

Sobha Ltd is set to invest approximately Rs 800 crore in a new luxury housing project, 'SOBHA Aurum,' in Greater Noida, marking its expansion in the Delhi-NCR property market. The project, comprising 420 apartments across 3.46 acres, represents the company's first venture in Greater Noida and its fifth in the Delhi-NCR region, with apartments priced between Rs 1-3.5 crore.
