AOC calls Mahmoud Khalil’s ICE detention 'political persecution'

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez welcomed Mahmoud Khalil home after 104 days in ICE detention, calling his arrest politically motivated and a violation of his First Amendment rights.
